1. How do I make a reservation?

Here is Lakbay.Net's five (5) - step guide:

• a.To make a booking for a hotel/transportation service/tour package, simply click on the "Book Me" button on the same page.
  Note: All reservations should be made five (5) business days prior to your requested check-in or tour date to allow for processing of payments.
• b. Fill up the necessary information in the Reservation Form, and then click the "Submit" button.
• c. Expect a reply from Lakbay RESERVATIONS (rsvn@lakbay.net.ph) within 2 BUSINESS DAYS from the day you submitted your booking request.
• d. Lakbay RESERVATIONS will give you an OPTION DATE, before which you will have to pay for your bookings. Payments can be made at any UnionBank branch nationwide in cash, local clearing check, manager's check, or cashier's check. Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or JCB) are also accepted. If payment is made via UnionBank, you will be given a PAYMENT RECEIPT. If payment is made via credit card, Lakbay.Net will send you an ELECTRONIC VOUCHER. Please DO NOT FORGET to bring your payment receipt, or your electronic voucher, as this serves as your proof of payment.
• e. Simply present your UnionBank payment receipt or your electronic voucher to the HOTEL FRONT DESK, TRANSPORT COUNTER PERSONNEL, or official Lakbay TOUR COORDINATOR, upon check-in or at the start of tour. They will accept this as proof of payment.

2. How can I pay for my Lakbay.Net reservations?

Lakbay.Net offers 2 easy payment methods:
